Bartosh v. South Bay SPE LLC

13 June 2008: San Diego Superior Court, South County Court, Dept S-04, Case 37-2008-00069194-CU-CR-SC, Hon. William S. Cannon

In this case, the Plaintiff sought damages and injunctive relief in connection with a visit she made to a property with her son with disabilities. Defendant demurred on the basis that the son was not a plaintiff and the complaint did not suggest that the Plaintiff had any disabilities for which relief was sought. As reflected in the PDF order downloadable from the link below, the Court sustained the demurrer without leave to amend.
