Ngo v. Calac

19 July 2017: United States District Court, Central District of California, Case No. CV16-261-CAS(FFMx), order at Doc 32 by Honorable Christina A. Snyder

In this case, the Plaintiff advanced claims against a single restaurant in a mall, but Defendant filed evidence that the restaurant had closed even before the lawsuit had been filed. Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, and then sought leave to file a further amended complaint (and was allowed to inspect some of the public areas of the complex with a Certified Access Specialist). But when Plaintiff never made any further filing within the time allowed by a stipulation, the Court dismissed the case.
